Privacy policy

Last updated: 4 October 2026

Marlow is a private assistant application operated by and for Daniel French. It has a single user: Daniel French. This policy explains how it handles Google user data.

What data is accessed

With Daniel's explicit consent through Google sign-in, Marlow accesses his own Gmail messages and Google Calendar events.

How it is used

The data is used only to help Daniel manage his own affairs: summarising and organising email, tracking bills, renewals, travel and appointments, and preparing drafts or calendar entries for his approval.

Storage

Data is processed on Daniel's own computer and stored there in private files. It is not stored on any public server.

Sharing

Google user data is not sold, rented or shared with third parties, and is not used for advertising. Content may be sent to an AI model provider solely to carry out the tasks above on Daniel's behalf.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Marlow's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

Access can be withdrawn at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Locally stored data can be deleted on request.
